With over a decade of hands-on experience in the mobile wash industry, Power Wash Josh is a true authority when it comes to exterior cleaning. As the Wabash Valley's Senior Coach, Mentor, and Trainer, he has dedicated his career to mastering the art of power washing and helping others do the same.

Josh’s expertise spans everything from residential home washing and roof cleaning to large-scale commercial projects. His deep knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and industry best practices ensures that every job is completed with precision and care.

Beyond his technical skills, Josh is passionate about training and mentoring the next generation of exterior cleaning professionals. He has guided countless team members and fellow industry professionals, sharing his insights to help them improve their skills and grow their businesses.

Christina is the go-to expert for all things commercial at our company. As our resident commercial specialist, she ensures that businesses receive top-notch service, from the initial consultation to job completion. She brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic thinking to the team, making sure every project runs smoothly.

While the crew is out making properties shine, Christina is working tirelessly behind the scenes—handling scheduling, logistics, client communication, and everything in between. Her attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine.

When it comes to hard work and dedication, Aden is the real deal. Whether he’s blasting away grime with a power washer or casting a line on his day off, one thing is certain—he puts his all into everything he does! Honestly, we’re still not sure what he loves more: Power Washing or fishing. But one thing’s for sure—he’s a pro at both!

On the job, Aden brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail, ensuring every surface he cleans looks brand new. He’s always ready to tackle tough jobs, and his enthusiasm makes him a key part of our team. When he’s not making your property shine, you’ll probably find him out on the water, chasing the next big catch.

Whether he’s holding a Power Washer wand or a fishing rod, Aden is always in his element—and we’re lucky to have him on board!

Every great team needs a Morale Officer, and for us, that’s none other than Andrea! Whether she’s brightening up the shop with her contagious giggles or keeping us all in line with her no-nonsense toddler wisdom, Andrea is the real boss around here—and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Her salary package? Strictly popcorn, endless Miss Rachel marathons, and a steady supply of Barbie outfits. She’s got a keen eye for fun, a strong opinion on snack breaks, and a talent for making even the toughest workdays a little brighter.

While she may not be out in the field power washing, she’s the heart of the operation, reminding us all to take a break, have a laugh, and enjoy the little things. With Andrea in charge of morale, the team stays motivated, energized, and—most importantly—on their toes!

When business is booming and the workload gets intense, we call in reinforcements! We partner with PeopleReady Temporary Staffing of Terre Haute, Indiana to ensure we have the extra hands needed to keep up with demand while maintaining the high-quality service our customers expect.

These temporary team members help us tackle larger projects and seasonal surges, assisting with everything from exterior washing to job site prep. While they may not be full-time staff, they work under our supervision and follow the same professional standards that define our company.

Every team has that one guy—the one who takes a huge cut but never lifts a finger. For us, that’s Uncle Sam. Year after year, he claims 15% (or more!) of the profits, yet we’ve never seen him pick up a power washer, answer a customer call, or even so much as show up for a team meeting. Not once.

We’ve got guys working in the heat, battling tough stains, and making properties shine, but where’s Uncle Sam? Probably kicking back somewhere, enjoying the rewards of everyone else’s hard work. If we had a dollar for every time he actually helped on a job, well… we’d still be waiting.

But hey, he’s part of the crew—whether we like it or not! So while he may never clock in, we’ll keep grinding, washing, and making the Wabash Valley look its best. Someone’s gotta do the work!
